At iStudio, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every premium electronics purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your device, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iStudio account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the device in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship to iStudio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
